Welcome to Table on the Terrace. By accessing or using our services, including dine-in, takeaway, and online ordering, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services Provided
- Dine-In: Orders placed onsite are prepared and served as promptly as possible.
- Takeaway: Orders placed onsite are subject to availability and preparation times.
- Online Ordering: Orders placed online are for takeaway only and cannot be cancelled after submission.
Payment Terms
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash and most card payments. However, we do not accept Diners Club or American Express cards.
- Pricing: All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Refund Policy
We aim to provide a high-quality experience and resolve any issues promptly. Refunds are provided under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Refunds may be issued for incorrect orders, unsatisfactory food quality, or other valid concerns at our discretion.
- Process: Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- Exclusions: Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind cancellations or delays caused by peak periods or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- During peak periods, preparation times may extend up to 45 minutes.
Order Changes and Cancellations
- Dine-In and Takeaway Orders: Changes and cancellations can be discussed with staff onsite. These will be accommodated where possible but are not guaranteed.
- Online Orders: Once submitted, online orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
Allergy Statement
We take food allergies and dietary requirements serious; however, all our dishes are prepared in kitchens that handle allergens, including nuts, gluten, dairy, and seafood. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in any dish. Customers with severe allergies are advised to inform our staff and exercise caution when dining with us.
Responsible Service of Alcohol
We are committed to the responsible service of alcohol in accordance with Australian liquor licensing laws:
- Alcohol will not be served to minors (individuals under the age of 18).
- Children must be accompanied by an adult while on the premises.
- Children are required to leave the premises by 12 midnight.
- Management reserves the right to refuse service to any individual displaying intoxicated or inappropriate behaviour.
Additional Policies
- Children: Liquor licensing laws require that children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and leave the premises by 12 midnight.
- Smoking: All indoor and outdoor spaces on our premises are smoke/vape-free.
- Public Holidays: A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays to cover additional staffing and operating costs.
Limitations of Liability
- While we strive to provide accurate information and high-quality service, we do not accept liability for:
o Errors or omissions in menus, pricing, or order processing.
o Delays caused by peak periods or unforeseen circumstances.
o Third-party failures, including payment processing or online platform issues. - To the extent permitted by Australian and South Australian law:
o Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected order.
o We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of enjoyment, business, or profits.
